Rebekah Jordan, originally from Virginia Beach, moved to Philadelphia nearly two years ago to further explore her aspirations as an artist, educator, and performer. She has been honored to study and mentor under Mina Estrada since 2008 and the late Eva May Morris, where she received her B.A. in Dance from Old Dominion University. Currently, Rebekah serves as Dance Director for an Arts Academy in New Jersey as well as Appel Farms HeART & Health where she began to utilize her expertise in music in conjunction with dance, serving as a Percussive and Movement Therapist. In addition to her moving and music interest, Rebekah is interested in using her peculiar and always humorous perspective in her choreography creating an eclectic “dance-theatre-comedy” extravaganza.
